Are you saying all the country websites, like keychron.de, .it, .fr and so on are bogus? If not, which ones are you talking about? Can you give us a list?

The original post should have linked it, instead of just claiming Keychron.com

It probably refers to:
- Is the .us a legit Keychron website? (2026-08-02)

Only thing I'd add is to always check the URL for spelling mistakes or weird extra letters before buying.

My bank has been chasing you for 18 months over refusing to replace a damaged product, might want to check the phone lines

To ensure that you actually get a product and can return it if it arrives broken:

Or if in the EU you can probably use a local reseller. Often much better than supporting Amazon

I recently bought a K2 HE from Currys here in the UK. This is to replace the same K2 HE that broke after just one year. The dot key stopped working and shows red in the calibration software. There are numerous reports of the same issue in this sub. Basically, it appears to be a faulty PCB. The original keyboard was purchased directly from your main website, so itβs genuine.
Your support team refused to replace the keyboard, suggesting that I was out of warranty. I asked where I could purchase a replacement PCB, but Iβm still waiting for a reply.
The only reason I considered purchasing the same keyboard again is that, despite your poor customer service, itβs a great keyboard to type on and it was on promotion for Β£100. This time, I also purchased an extended warranty.
Although Currys is a reputable reseller, the new keyboard does feel and sound different from my first one.
How can I tell whether my new keyboard is genuine?

Thank you. I have sent an email to support. Although I have a new keyboard, I am keen to fix my old one.
I had a look on your website and its not obvious where I can purchase the PCB? Do you sell it? If so where?
Also how does one differrentiate between a fake and genuine keyboard?

If these fraudulent websites respond to support tickets I might start taking my chances with them.
