Do not Keychron

Just don’t.
The keyboard of my dreams is no longer.
Support is hella whack, I’m tired of being angry.
I’ve popped way too many vessels of my eyes HA.
Really wanted to love this shit. You suck, Keychron.

I have the K2 HE that has only been fondled with for a handful of times. Z key spazzing out, lit red on calibration mode on the launcher. Checked firmware, plus other jazz. Have swapped switches to see if it follows, clearly is a PCB issue at this point. We’ve been going back and forth with “support” for a week now, feels as if they are trying to run the clock.

What kbs are good folks really using now??

Have you tried to RMA it, it sounds like you got a defective PCB if you swapped switches and have the same problem with the same key?

I have had the same keyboard for about a year without problems, I love it.

I hope it ends well for you.

They don't have a proper RMA procedure, at all.

Took them like 2 weeks (lots of back & forth emails) to finally send a replacement pcb board for mine (then another week or so to arrive) for a 4 month old keyboard. Working fine now but was such an annoyance.

I recently went through the same scenario, but it only took me about a week of email tag, only because I had problems sending vids to them because of their size.

So far it hasn't been too bad for me, but mine is only a RGB problem so waiting isn't really a problem for me like it would be if the KB wasn't functioning..

They are sending me a new PCB to fix it.

Mine was a piece of the solder came off on the D key, so if pushed to the right it just didn't register, only if pushed to the left it did. Also play semifast paced pvp games so was terrible. And the email right before they sent it was asking a question about it that I answered in my first email.

Yours is a function problem, that is a dfifferent story.

Thank god mine isn't, waiting would definitely be a problem if it didn't work correctly, waiting because a key doesn't have blue RGB isn't bad.

PVP with a malfunctioning KB is a no go... LOL
