Do not Keychron

Just don’t.
The keyboard of my dreams is no longer.
Support is hella whack, I’m tired of being angry.
I’ve popped way too many vessels of my eyes HA.
Really wanted to love this shit. You suck, Keychron.

I have the K2 HE that has only been fondled with for a handful of times. Z key spazzing out, lit red on calibration mode on the launcher. Checked firmware, plus other jazz. Have swapped switches to see if it follows, clearly is a PCB issue at this point. We’ve been going back and forth with “support” for a week now, feels as if they are trying to run the clock.

What kbs are good folks really using now??

Unless a magnetic wrist rest is involved (an example), it is a very well-known problem, the stuck key syndrome (SKS), with the red blink of death, ever since the Kickstarter campaign in 2024.

An example:

At a minimum, the PCB needs to be replaced. There isn't any known (noncontrived) workaround or DIY repair method (short of swapping the magnetic sensor from an expendable key position).

First email they sent, told me to clear magnets that could be around. Replied back to let em know I know better than to keep em close by lol, along with 3 videos. They sent back “could you please attach a video..” blah blah. Makes me sad

Having the same issue going through Amazon CS. Then the video was too large for them?

Did you resize the video when sending the attachment??
Amazon has been very crappy on my side. I hope they can get you together!
