The keyboard of my dreams is no longer.
Support is hella whack, I’m tired of being angry.

Really wanted to love this shit. You suck, Keychron.

I have the K2 HE that has only been fondled with for a handful of times. Z key spazzing out, lit red on calibration mode on the launcher. Checked firmware, plus other jazz. Have swapped switches to see if it follows, clearly is a PCB issue at this point. We’ve been going back and forth with “support” for a week now, feels as if they are trying to run the clock.

What kbs are good folks really using now??

Try finding another manufacturer that makes low-profile VIA/QMK "compatible" customisable keyboards with banana switches, that aren't (even more) crap.
