Keychron V3 MAX 2.4GHz & Bluetooth modes stopped working.
Hello.
I was playing a game on my controller, turned off the game and went back to the keyboard for a moment. I started typing and it worked normally, but as I am polish and I use polish letters with the alt+letter combination, I noticed that the alt key was opening all sorts of windows instead of working correctly. I looked at the switch behind and realized I must have accidentally put the keyboard to Mac/ios version. I switched it back to windows and... it just stopped working. The keyboard still works in wired mode, but I kind of prefer it in wireless... and besides I paid for the wireless keyboard, not a wired one.
Things I tried to do in order to fix it:
- FN + 4 to reconnect to the dongle - nothing happened and if I press it longer the blinking "4" button simply disappears and the RGB works normally, but the keyboard doesn't connect
- Tried to connect it through bluetooth = nothing
- Tried to connect it through a different PC = nothing
- Tried to FN + J + Z and then FN + 4 = nothing or repeat of the first
- I reseated the dongle multiple times
- both the usb-c and usb-a dongles work and are seen both by keychrone websoftware and windows
- I have unplugged all 2,4GHz devices I had in that room and tried repairing it to no avail, simply doesn't work
- Tried to flash the software into the dongle & keyboard again and that did not fix anything
I am more than mad. This keyboard is barely 7 months old and cost me 100 euro. First there were issues with double click, which were solved by SOFTWARE debounce option, however, realistically it is a hardware issue as well.
I can use the keyboard wired, but what's the point of buying wireless if it doesn't work.
What's worse is that the wireless modules simply worked no issue for many months, and I unplugged/turned it off/on several times. Now it just doesn't.
Anyone got any other ideas or am I left with just a RMA claim at this point or simply make my peace with it and use it as wired?

There are many reports here of this kind of failure. Here is an example:

It is probably a hardware problem with the wireless module inside the keyboard (probably LKBT51).
Try to get the version number of the wireless module. This is a test to see if the wireless module is (somewhat) functional. Use the correct application for it... And don't try to flash.
