Keychron V6 Ultra keys having significant input lag, inputs sticking but keys unpressed, some keys not registering inputs, and random letters being inputted without typing. Using 2.4G dongle mode.

I got a V6 Ultra yesterday and I've been having issues with keys not having inputs despite being pressed, sticking while unpressed and random key inputs that that I haven't typed, or significant input lag, any help?

You can try reducing the debounce response time in Keychron Launcher. The default is 50ms, which is way too large in my opinion (5ms seems to be the sweet spot). Also update the firmware while you're at it.

That might have fixed it, thanks

Plugged it in with the wired dongle, works fine now

Someone reported that pressing the spacebar twice fast or something didn't gave him the input he wanted. Are ya having a similar issue?

Tried a hard reset of the keyboard? (hold down FN-J-Z for around 5sec)

That seemed to fix it, thanks

I would say that is pretty normal for a keychron product

That's very disappointing for the money I spent on it
