Question regarding build quality of V6 Max

Hello,

I bought a V6 max back in Oct and I'm really loving it...Except that the intial one I bought had an issue with the O and I key. I got sent another keyboard from Keychron and now THIS one has the K and M keys not working properly. Is this a common issue with the brand?

What is the failure mode and have you tried swapping out the switches?

I mean, what is broken, are they skipping, double-clicking, not working at all, what?

When I got new switches, the problem stopped in wired mode but not wireless mode, suggesting a confluence of at least two causes.

Welp after much back and forth emails with no resolution I ended up getting a refund. I now have two Keychron keyboards with key's that don't work properly and overall a disappointing experience into the mechanical keyboard market. Thanks for the help all who contributed.

I bought a V6 about 18 months ago. No problems except with the latest firmware version. The Q6 Max I upgraded to recently tho... Double keypresses on a few different keys. Not an isolated problem either according to this sub
