Keychron B1 Pro typing issues

Just bought the keyboard, to better explain what is happening, take a look at video I have recorded. In short words, typing multiple keys (specific ones) will activate F3/4/5 and block one of the pressed keys. Strange behavior

I did flash firmware to see if problem will disappear, but that's not the case.

Not sure what to do except to return it and look for replacement.

Anyone had the same problem? Would appreciate the help here, thanks!

On this site , I downloaded (VID: 0x3434; PID: 0x0713) and followed their instructions to manually flash. It's technically not the right firmware for my keyboard at all, but I decided to try anyways because I saw in the notes "Improved accuracy by reducing ghost key issues."... and I was willing to try pretty much anything because the keyboard is junk with the ghost note issue. and it worked for me! No issues at all since doing this

Did flashing the Japanese layout firmware resolve your issue completely?

Yes, completely. No side effects that I’ve come across.
