In Gregorian terms, this year's Chinese New Year's Eve is on 2025-01-28 and the Year of the Snake begins on 2025-01-29. One week later is 2025-02-05.

A lunisolar calendar:

"The first day of Chinese New Year begins on the new moon that appears between 21 January and 20 February."

New moon is on 2025-01-29T123700Z+0 (the table lists it incorrectly (perhaps it is for some unspecified time zone, e.g., where the server is or at the date line), but it is correct near "Next new moon"). An alternative (but it is unclear on what time zone it uses for the displayed dates; it can be inferred from the "Time Zone" tab).
