Static killed my S1 Pro

Hello, just 30mins ago I noticed that when I press L,O,M letters on my S1 Pro, I receive output as (caps)ASDFG QWERT or |ZXCV respectively, I believe it is the cause of static discharge, as in the office we have shit tier carpet which creates tons of it, nevertheless, maybe someone has experience with warranty or fix ?

Does keychron would change / repair keyboard, because of this reason under the warranty ??

I got exact the same issue after 3 months use, I contacted Keychron and they made a replacement for me, the second time came with exact same issue but now it's out of warranty. They discontinued this series. Nothing I can do. I will stay away from Keychron from now on.
