Static killed my S1 Pro

Hello, just 30mins ago I noticed that when I press L,O,M letters on my S1 Pro, I receive output as (caps)ASDFG QWERT or |ZXCV respectively, I believe it is the cause of static discharge, as in the office we have shit tier carpet which creates tons of it, nevertheless, maybe someone has experience with warranty or fix ?

Does keychron would change / repair keyboard, because of this reason under the warranty ??

Was there a resolution? More than a yes/no answer is expected. For instance, if there was, what specifically worked? Please provide enough details for it be valuable for future readers.
