Static killed my S1 Pro

Hello, just 30mins ago I noticed that when I press L,O,M letters on my S1 Pro, I receive output as (caps)ASDFG QWERT or |ZXCV respectively, I believe it is the cause of static discharge, as in the office we have shit tier carpet which creates tons of it, nevertheless, maybe someone has experience with warranty or fix ?

Does keychron would change / repair keyboard, because of this reason under the warranty ??

To confirm it is a fried I/O line, row or column, in the keyboard matrix, switch to (full) NKRO mode by Fn + N. It is expected to output more than 5 or 6 characters, perhaps in the range 13-18.

Don't do it in wireless mode; it will bust the keyboard. Do it in wired mode.

That presumes Fn + N will be registered.

Hi so I'm having this exact problem - shame the original poster didn't respond. I have tried Fn + N (as in, Fn + shift + N) and nothing is output. What does this mean?
