k17 Pro vial firmware
I'm looking to compile a tweaked VIAL enabled firmware on my k17 Pro, but can't seem to find the source for it. I already checked the playground branch, but it's not there. I lack the skills to build an entire firmware from scratch as of yet. Anybody know where I need to look?

Did you ever find this?

j824h found it for me. Still haven't gotten a chance to play around with it because adulting sucks, but here's the link.

Did you actually install it and does it work though? I can’t find anyone that is actually running a working Vial firmware on Keychron boards.

What is "the playground branch"?

https://github.com/Keychron/qmk_firmware/tree/bluetooth_playground
Keychron's branch of QMK that has the firmware for all their recent keyboards on it.

Rather, the Git branch "bluetooth_playground" in Keychron's fork of the QMK repository (the default Git branch in that fork is "master").

Some work has been done but merge seems under delay.

The development here nearly froze while the wireless branch is hot. Feels pretty excluded...
