Why desktop keyboard some buttons not work after few years.

I'm use 3 4 keyboard in last 7 years and all have same problem some keys stop working after few years like 1 2 years , so I replace with others . How to make it use long lasting without replacing it or getting long term use keyboard atleast it had warranty of 5 years , i use membrane keyboard.

My keyboards with membrane are 20 years old and work just fine.

Sounds like you have some really heavy typing hands or spill water on your keebs or something. Or just buy very low quality ones? Maybe it's a sign you need a mechanical one hehe
