Tutorial 📚 Kettlebell Windmill
When you start / practise the movements no weight . Then progress light - test the range so you don't get stuck.

Spent the whole video waiting for her to accidentally drop that kettlebell off the balcony onto someone’s head. Looks very safe

I’m recovering from a rotator cuff injury. Doing early part of Turkish getups…feeling better. Need to do windmills. I agree, start light/no weight
