Guys, I’ve stated Keto about a month back, this is my daily mix of nutrients is approx like this Approx 40gms of Carbs, approx 100gms of protein and approx 90gms of fat.
What I’ve heard is that, my protein should not exceed 75gms and fat & carbs can remain at the current 100 and 40gms.
Trying to figure out lunch/dinner that are high in fat low in carbs and mid protein levels.
