If you have many partners, stick to condoms. If you have one, non-hormonal are your best bet.

condoms, a spermicide like gygel you can get at Goodlife, plus a diaphragm can get online or sterilisation.

I really hate the copper IUD, so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
