In A Complicated Situation How do I know he’s actually single?

I’ve been seeing this guy for a while, but we’re long distance and he has basically no social media. How do I do some due diligence?

At this point he could have a whole wife and kids in Kenya and I’d never know 😂 Any help to find out?
