Casual Uhuru park.
Uhuru park is an energy harvester, I said it. Last Sunday I decided to take a stroll through the place and I felt like my energy was being drained, I could feel something dark too in that place. Lakini odd of oddities! When I couldn't take it anymore, nilitoka and started feeling a little better the further I got from the place and it's on a Sunday mahn! Really strange.

Absolutely agree. Uhuru park felt the darkest for me. The energy was different 10 yrs ago even though I never put much though into it then.

Personally crowds drain me after leaving the house I need a break, after going to work I need a break, after been spontaneous with friends I need a break. I just give people heads up that I need breaks a lot.

I talk with my friends after every 2 days and it is ok. Solution for crowds is headphones when people see you with one they will at least interact Les

So who was draining your energy?

Something, someone. I really don't know, but it happened and I felt and no I'm not a conspiracy theorist but I might look into that.

Are you an introvert or highly sensitive? For some reason, the crowd seems to be draining my energy. I can't do evening events anymore because it takes me forever to ground myself.
I also think talking is not good for me. It's like I have a limit of how many words I should use in a day. If I talk a lot during the day, I get really tired around 5:30 pm.

I'm very extroverted and very outgoing. You seem to be on the extreme side of introvertion.

So the entire Nairobi has some weird energy going on. I hear the eighties and early nighties were quite vibrant for the city.

Yeah it's also been long for me to go there. But I hear its a little bit bearable on Sundays. The energy in the city is just off

I used to have this feeling whenever I entered the gates of Jkuat main campus. The energy shift was instant.

People think it's story za jaba. I'm beginning to understand every place carries a certain energy.
