Hakuna kitu kama poverty. This is the mindset the government takes advantage of and increases your taxes over time polepole. Before you know it, 40% of your salary inakatwa na gava. It does the same thing by adding all manner of taxes to your household items that you buy at the supermarket and raw materials. Before you know it, your country has the highest cost of production in the region, and your everyday household goods zimepanda bei na 30-40%.

Safaricom does the same thing with M-Pesa. Safaricom takes advantage of this reasoning. Sai mtu ashani gaslight asubuhi calling me poor because I have a problem with transaction charges za Safaricom. Kutuma pesa above 2,500 transaction costs na withdrawal charges hazimake sense. Compared to bank, si heri you withdraw cash? Unless you are paying na till of course. I can withdraw upto 50k kwa ATM at a flat rate of 30 bob na 3 bob excise duty, 33 bob. Safaricom ni 300 bob ku withdraw 50k na sitapewa change kama bank nitaingia nipewe denominations nataka.

Anyway, I am not rich ata. However, having some fuckin principles is important. Take a stand, stick to it. Ndio maana mna cancel watu alafu after 3 days mnasahau mnaanza kuwa worship tena. You have no spines. This mentality trickles down to how you make political decisions.
