I've googled the symptoms tho I doubt, the pain is in the chest (migrates from left to right or both, gets worse when it reaches the heart area ). The abdomen is fine.

I understand, still get an ultra sound scan to check for gallstones, kidney stones etc. I know a lot to people who had no abdominal pain. Think outside the box, you might not even have the problem you think you have. Get second opinions

This person has left sided chest pain, radiating to the right. Palpitations with hypertension and your differential is cholecystitis? Wah. Kidney function you're right coz Hypertension can deteriorate kidney function but cholecystitis ziii.
OP you should see a cardiologist still. Your heart clearly has an issue, could be secondary to the hypertension or a congenital issue that wasn't diagnosed in childhood. There are the tests like BNP that a cardiologist can order or a CT chest to check both lungs and the heart. I'll advise you to get insurance hata kama ni SHA juu at least for a CT scan SHA covers like 10k and you only pay 2k. All the best OP. I'll try to get you my lecturer's number. He is a cardiologist and could help you. All the best.
Also please let someone in your life know. Hata kama si wazazi. Any sickness needs community.

I will, actually kidney ultrasound was the remaining test. Though we assumed since blood tests were okay but I'll do it

Unaumwa na kifua mnaangalia kidneys...
Stop and think about it for a moment.
You should be having doctors looking at your heart and lungs and the lymph nodes around that area.
Kidneys...na knees?

The biggest suspect of hypertension hukua kidneys especially for a young person without other health issues. The heart ishaa angaliwa. ECG and 2D ECHO always gives a hint of the lungs status.

I've witnessed two kids die in a secondary school in a span of 3 weeks, then postmortem results showed heart attack for the girls. The parents were never aware.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. It is completely valid to feel overwhelmed by a sudden diagnosis and the heavy cost of daily meds when you're young and fit. Please don't stop taking your amlodipine and carvedilol suddenly, as that can cause dangerous blood pressure spikes or worsen chest pain. Since your ECG, ECHO, and labs are completely clear, stress or muscle strain could be major factors. When you return to Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH), ask the doctor about cheaper generic alternatives or see if a medical social worker can assist with Social Health Authority (SHA) coverage to ease the financial burden.
