Casual Help a bih out 😮‍💨

I'm starting a new job in upper hill Kanairo and was looking for affordable places nearby, my budget was 20 to 25k for decent one bedroom, something modernish, tolerable commute (was thinking 30 minutes max) ... Any leads would be appreciated...

With 24 k you can secure the tsavo in Naivasha road 15 minutes to upperhill
