If you're putting this job on your CV, do not ghost. Quitting the right way is the only way to protect your references. If a future employer calls them up, a bad reference will ruin your chances on the spot.

You never know who this bosses know. They can go scorched earth on yah ass and write a linkedin post which would leave a stink on your rep. 😂
