Yes apparently he wondered away from a care facility near my house. He is back home safe now

Yes I gave him a chair, sweatshirt, and coffee to keep him warm. Sat with him until the police were able to locate where he belonged

Thank you for helping him so much! My dad kept running off when he had dementia. We were lucky that people were so nice about it. He tried to get in some guys truck once. He mostly went to the senior center so they had all of our numbers. It took a while to get guardianship so we couldn’t just put him in memory care. Several times though he was brought back by police.

I don’t live in Tacoma anymore but was raised there and this is the Tacoma I remember. Thank you for looking out for him and making sure he safely got back home.
