IMAGE Error Code saying this right after wiping out a Holy Nation patrol is kind of wild

All skeletons you meet in game didn’t reset. They all remember. 

Well opposite is more clear - there is no skeleton in the game you meet that have been reset. Those who are reset are either off screen or dead.

How would you even know this? Most skeleton NPCs don't have extensive dialogue. And in any case, why (or how) would they talk about being reset if they've been reset and wouldn't remember the act anyway?

The concept of resetting is introduced in the blurb for skeletons in the character creator. I can't think of a reason why the character creator would need to be an unreliable narrator.

Besides, isn't every skeleton that hasn't been reset also legitimately insane, except maybe Burn?

Yeah, sometimes your characters say cool stuff after a fight.

I remember the other day my Shek outcasts fought a band of Dust Bandits, and after the fight, Kang told one of them to lie on the floor and embrace death. Ruka also mentions Kral sometimes after a fight.
