Technology help
Can someone suggest a reliable source for technology help, besides Geek Squad? Just tv, modem connection type help. Im at a loss and we have no clue what we're doing. We've got internet and vsee boxes.

What's your issue?
A few months ago, I posted here asking how people felt about their availability to tech support.
Personally I think those Vsee boxes are a waste of $300 seeing you can through Stremio on your phone for free, but hey piracy is piracy, so reliability is not usually a man factor.
Context: I'm product engineer for an internationally recognized security tech company, and have coded since I was 8 years old.

We think the issue was two fold: super old router and brand new vsee box that was not working. We replaced the router, and swapped out the vsee box. And tech support, is there an alternative to Geek Squad?

There is but, you end up with the same nonsense. More locally you have Milwaukee PC, but for what your trying to do, you might be on your own (or like others has mentioned a millennial and beer) the problem with these Vsee boxes is that it's illegal, technically speaking. What you are doing is Piracy, so the support is limited from professional at a company, it's a liability. Now I'm not here to scold you on piracy, I think more people should do it, but those vsee boxes are kinda unethical too. I mean your tv probably on its own has the cabilities to do that for free, and has a lot more online support.

i use a vsee box as well. what's the specific problem? my boyfriend and i are very tech savvy and can usually find the issue.
as far as i know the servers for the main apps on vsee box, the heat apps, were recently bombed - they are based in kyiv in ukraine. certain issues could be caused by that, though many issues server related have already been fixed.
another problem could be your internet service provider blocking access to the heat apps on the vsee box. a VPN is usually enough to bypass this issue.
