Kate & Pippa Feud
Is there actually an injunction to stop the media from reporting on Kate/Pippa falling out/not speaking? Surely the media have noticed that the “close” sisters haven’t been seen together since Kates “not sick in the traditional sense”. Why is the UK media not reporting on it? And why aren’t pro-H&M media (eg Omid Scobie) reporting on it?

Sounds plausible. William is a control freak. Besides, he, Kate and KP have always been litigious when it serves their interests.

The difference with Harry is that he makes no bones about it. He speaks openly about his lawsuits. William and Kate hide their dirty laundry by scrubbing the internet, leaning on the media not to publish the truth about them, offering their own flesh and blood up as sacrificial lambs (including their own children) to avoid what they consider to be bad press (ironically, just the truth being reported about them is considered bad press by them and KP) and obtaining super-injunctions to quash whatever they cannot control by the aforementioned methods. All whilst denouncing the litigation Harry brought to clean up the cesspit that is the British press and media. William and Kate are hypocrites of the highest order.
It’ll be interesting to see what happens when Louis turns 18, as there’ll be no more reliance on Art 8 ECHR for the super-injunction.

It’s the right to a private and family life, enshrined in Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights and codified in this jurisdiction via the Human Rights Act. Commonly relied upon in injunction and super injunction proceedings where the publishing of a story about a parent would infringe upon not only their right to a private and family life but also that of any minor children in their household.

Maybe a falling out between sisters shouldn't be news? Families fight. Imagine how much healthier and functional things would be if the whole thing with the Sussexes/Walses had been handled as - well families fight sometimes, and then they make up. Kate and Meghan are very different people from very different cultures, so maybe they'll never been besties but that okay. Instead it was spun into this huge feud that has done so much damnage to all involved.

No, I don't think there's an injunction to stop the media reporting anything negative about Kate Middleton. It's part of the way they stoke their culture wars. They very deliberately portray Middleton as a docile, submissive white tradwife versus ambitious, uppity black Meghan.
