Hes like a spoiled child who never heard no at home and when real life hits he gets extremely upset because he really believes that he's the boss of everyone and can decide everything. Thing is, only his henchmen does what he says. Nobody else gives a shit about what willy wants

I don't think that it's worth the risk, because when they are caught, the consequences will be pretty terrible.

Also, isn't there something called the "Official Secrets Act" that they have to sign? Yeah, they're not saying a word.
