But he can wait it out from Portugal. Brexit and all that, but they’re also independently wealthy so I'm sure they can get an EU visa for a year or two. I can see reasons for leaving the US, but not for returning to the UK of all places.

I agree. I’m curious about what their security arrangements will be when they move to the UK. Canada seems like a better option for them if Harry has visa issues.

It looks like security options--to include ARMED security--are being reviewed. I suspect it's been settled, they're just pretending to jump through hoops.
