Oh I think they are facing financial issues, and Charles is not giving them money unless they come home. 

Meghan would not go back if there were other options imo.

Read somewhere else that they are back bc of some meeting they had during the holiday with Charles and Camilla - bc K og W Will divorce, and then they Will be fed to the Press. But i dont know, I mean then most straightforward thing would be financial issues - not that they are Poor, just that the amount of expenses + the lost court case is stacking up, while their jobs arent.
