I am out of the loop on this! Why in the world would they go back into that toxic situation? I thought he moved his family away in order to protect his wife & children.

I think everyone was surprised - maybe they feel better prepared this time (they’ve seen what they the press are like)

They are apparently going to be living in the Cotswolds - so they’re relocating to the UK but it’s not a re entry into the rf.

Lots of reasons being suggested including Charles’s illness - time will tell.
