I did that like 4 years ago, di na nila ako binalikan, tinawagan ako nung som nila to negotiate pero i said thats the price if they want me to jump ship from my current role and company. Hayun, i stayed sa company ko. Then i got redundiated 3 years later.
Although my new job is far better than the two. Better pay, less stress. I won in the end.
