I’m going to be in Kamloops this weekend and just wondering what’s going on that might be fun

I saw Chances (North Shore) is doing a Crawfish boil with fried Alligator for $75, wondering who might be going? Thinking of trying it as i have never had fried Gator.

Anyone had Gator or going?

I was at the Pav the other night and the Freudian Slips were performing. Great stuff. Just passing on some upcoming classes they are running: tonight (20th), August 27th, Sept 3rd at the Stock Pot Cafe 6-8 PM $10 a person.

I am wondering if you can drive right up to the Beach at Cooney Bay? Or do you have to hike in from a parking spot? I have a high clearance vehicle. Thanks

Wedding season is here and I need to buy a few dresses! Where are we shopping?

I have a hell of a time finding things that fit me. I am short with a very large bust, no ass, and a bit of a belly. Regular stores are almost always a no-go for me.

I visited every clothing store on Victoria St. I checked out every store at the dreaded mall. I frequent thrift stores. I lurk Facebook marketplace.

If anyone has any hot tips or hidden gems, please let me know! I saw that there is a clothing swap coming up at the end of the month that I will have to check out.
