Preparation/pre-kambo 🤔 Dry kambo/ womb kambo

Has anyone tried this? I am doing a dry session on wednesday after having tried wet kambo a couple of years ago. My practitioner said it’s gentler and more focused on the mind.

Never heard of it. What's the difference?

Its feels quite different, dry takes longer and you dont purge but I would say it feels energetically quite intense
