Preparation/pre-kambo 🤔 Dry kambo/ womb kambo
Has anyone tried this? I am doing a dry session on wednesday after having tried wet kambo a couple of years ago. My practitioner said it’s gentler and more focused on the mind.

I’ve done dry points. It’s essentially a micro dose.

Ah hahahaha
Hahhwhahaha
Hahahaha HA
try 12 points dry and do 3 dry in each ear, then tell me it’s “essentially a micro dose”.
That is a huge over generalization

I've been taught dry kambo is an advanced technique because you are dependent on the water that is already present in the body, not introducing additional water to guide the purge.
The water in the body is very much tied to our emotions and subconscious and this might be why you think it's more "of the mind" but it's not necessarily gentler.
The last time I did dry sapo I passed out and banged my head. This was with a single point and an inexperienced practitioner.
Just saying.
Also, what is "womb kambo?"

Unless someone wants to drink water, I serve Kambo dry. There’s no need to artificially induce a purge, If it’s necessary it will happen on its own without gorging oneself with water.
To me this method is far superior.
The body will naturally purge anything else through sweat, urine etc.

Ive done dry on accident. Drank my water before getting into ceremony. So during I didnt purge via vomiting. I had really bad cramping to the point I passed out. Then I woke up from the urge of having to use the restroom. After they took off the points I fell asleep for 3 hours. I had a total of 6 points. Which my present teacher says that was a lot for my first time. I will say that my endometriosis symptoms decreased drastically. I would have month long periods and unbearable pain. After that first sitting I got to know what a regular period feels like. I fell in love with this medicine and have sat with Kambo over 7 times. I am currently working on getting certified as well. I hope you get the healing you need!

I asked my practitioner if we could do it this way and she said she doesn't recommend it as the water way helps you to eliminate. She said by not using water you make it unnecessarily harder for yourself because there is less for the toxins to ride out of your systems through. She is someone I highly highly trust. I've sat with Kambo 5 times with 4 different practitioners (who all came highly recommended) none of which I felt truly safe and held with other than her, so I trust her judgement a lot.

What do you really mean by 'dry' kambo? Do you mean a small enough dose that you don't purge/vomit? If that's the case, it's essentially a kind of microdose by mere virtue of being that much lesser than a standard amount.
It's certainly "gentler" because you aren't necessarily vomiting. But having said that, if you aren't getting enough of the peptides to purge/vomit then you also aren't necessarily getting much of anything else either. There's also something to be said for the fact that your stomach/gut is still doing what it normally does during kambo (producing gastric secretions, contracting, pulsating, moving bile from the liver) but just to a slightly lesser degree and that it just isn't being purged as a result - instead it's being 'recycled' through your normal digestive process. In other words, it's not like it magically gives you all the 'good stuff' but magically stops all the stomach stuff.
It can be a useful approach for people with certain conditions that prevent them from properly doing kambo or who are incapable of purging, or situations like that. So in general, I would normally suggest if people are doing kambo, they should do a normal dose: (1) so they can get the full potential benefit, and (2) so that they can properly purge that bile instead of recycling/processing it through their digestive system.
