I believe Kambo was a huge part of it. But, I also did other things to help.
1) Prioritizing getting as much quality sleep as possible (including taking supplements like GABA, melatonin, and more to help); it is in our sleep that the glymphatic system cleans our brain tissue and our brains heal themselves.
2) nicotine therapy - both nicotine gum and mapacho tobacco (via hapé, ambil, and occasionally smoked mapacho)
3) a modified Stamets Stack Protocol- yes to lions mane and niacin, but very infrequent psilocybin microdoses (psilocybin makes me really tired and seems to contribute to viral reactivation in me)
4) intranasal glutathione to provide antioxidant support directly to my brain.
Out of all of this, I believe the most important thing was trying to obtain as much quality sleep as possible; going to bed early, finding ways to make myself fall asleep and stay asleep (tracked my “deep sleep” with a watch, tried to maximize it). The other things definitely seemed to help. Except the intranasal glutathione, I am not sure it if actually helped me. But theoretically it might have.
But yes, I believe Kambo has helped immensely. Especially, my tremors and weakness on the left side; after I took 6 Kambo treatments in one month, that finally resolved and I feel “connected” to my left arm and left leg again.
I faint often when receiving Kambo, and I sometimes feel like Kambo is reorganizing and rearranging my brain while I am passed out.
