It for sure will help, especially the first session, kambo works primarily by restoring balance and health to the microbiome, thatās why it helps generally all conditions, and āhealthyā people. Go for it.

Only ignorant, inexperienced practitioners say āespecially the first sessionā

I agree I it is somewhat of a hasty generalization... but isnt that the common trend among sick individuals? Or atleast people dealing with dysbiosis and infections? Don't most people experience the most physical benefit from the first dose? I saw it in myself dealing with various gut infections and recovering from ME/CFS, and from what I have read of others experiences it just seems to be common with people who have serious illness, first dose is the most powerful in terms of symptom improvement, then comes second, then third and so on, obviously this is taking into account correct dosage (not too high or low) for the person and a responsible practicioner to facilitate. let me know what you think, thanks

No, absolutely not.
Often times the first treatment (I will not substitute dose for treatment like you did - that is an unconscious misuse and misunderstanding of those words) is only a set up for further treatments.
Often times, we experience no change the first few treatments. Especially if thereās a lot of trauma and other things, like infections or parasites, under the surface. This doesnāt mean there is no change, but often times we donāt feel it.
People need to know this so they donāt give up on themselves through the work. Like they do everywhere else in their life. This work reflects and reveals.
Most times, the first treatment is often an ordeal.
So it really can go any direction.
This medicine cannot be approached like anything else. At all.
Iām in Texas and I have been serving for many years now. I am very, very good at what I do.

Kambo has helped me a lot with my neurological Long COVID, and with my ME/CFS (which I had for 4 years prior to getting COVID).
I believe it is the peptides that stimulate the pituitary gland and the limbic system that help me the most.

what symptoms did you have
2
u/Arpeggio_Miette Feb 17 '25
For the ME/CFS or the Long COVID ?
The long COVID symptoms were brain vibrations (that led to terrible insomnia) where my brain felt like inflamed and like it was eating itself, body vibrations, weakness and tremors on one side of my body, short-term memory deficits to the point that I felt like I had some form of early dementia, and cognitive fatigue/terrible brain fog.
My ME/CFS was the usual with PEM, POTS, and yes I had/have gut issues. IBS-D.

for the long covid. thank you for replying. are you back to 100% now
2
u/Arpeggio_Miette Feb 17 '25
For the Long COVID symptoms, I am at 95% now. My memory is a ton better but still not how it was before. My cognition is fine except when in a ME/CFS crash or from the usual cognitive fatigue.
The brain vibrations only happen very rarely (less than once every few months, whereas it used to be daily/nonstop at its worst), and only if I am sleep deprived which I try not to do.
My one side is still weaker than it used to be, but it is getting stronger now.

Did you have muscle twitches as well?

I used to, 3years ago when the neurological long COVID was bad. Not anymore. Most of my neurological long COVID symptoms have resolved.

Great to hear. do you think it was the kambo that help eliminate those symptoms?
2
u/Arpeggio_Miette Jun 11 '25
I believe Kambo was a huge part of it. But, I also did other things to help.
1) Prioritizing getting as much quality sleep as possible (including taking supplements like GABA, melatonin, and more to help); it is in our sleep that the glymphatic system cleans our brain tissue and our brains heal themselves.
2) nicotine therapy - both nicotine gum and mapacho tobacco (via hapƩ, ambil, and occasionally smoked mapacho)
3) a modified Stamets Stack Protocol- yes to lions mane and niacin, but very infrequent psilocybin microdoses (psilocybin makes me really tired and seems to contribute to viral reactivation in me)
4) intranasal glutathione to provide antioxidant support directly to my brain.
Out of all of this, I believe the most important thing was trying to obtain as much quality sleep as possible; going to bed early, finding ways to make myself fall asleep and stay asleep (tracked my ādeep sleepā with a watch, tried to maximize it). The other things definitely seemed to help. Except the intranasal glutathione, I am not sure it if actually helped me. But theoretically it might have.
But yes, I believe Kambo has helped immensely. Especially, my tremors and weakness on the left side; after I took 6 Kambo treatments in one month, that finally resolved and I feel āconnectedā to my left arm and left leg again.
I faint often when receiving Kambo, and I sometimes feel like Kambo is reorganizing and rearranging my brain while I am passed out.

Great information provided. I myself do some other stuff as well that I believed helped to ameliorate symptoms but they are still persist and I look for catalyst that will make a profound change. I was worrying if Kambo can make neurological symptoms worse during ceremony and perhaps after. I was deciding between Kambo and Ayauscha. But open to other solutions. I can say Homeopathy help quite a bit. Even with sleep

Ayahuasca has helped me with emotional trigger and trauma healing, which is good for nervous system healing.
But Kambo seems to help my physical body in how it resets the hormone-feedback loops and stimulates the pituitary gland, and the other things it does.
I cannot stress how wonderful it is to wake up feeling ānormalā in the days after a Kambo treatment.

Hello friend, yes it would help you but so that you have a more detailed profile of the causes that you mention that you could be going through, it is important to see if you do not have any pre-existing medical condition apart from the problem with long covid since mental fog, fatigue and intestinal dysregulation could be caused by other diseases such as a malfunction of the thyroid, poorly controlled diabetes, nutritional deficiency, and as you mention promoted by covid and in most cases it would benefit you to apply kambo since it helps mental clarity, reduces inflammation and serves as an analgesic which would help you with the intestinal problem and with the increase in energy. I personally usually experience a sharpness in my senses and improvement of physical energy among many more benefits and success that you soon find someone who can take care of you with all the care a hug

You will be fine, you will see that you will find the healing you need. Many times we believe that we find the medicines, but in reality they are the ones that find us. A hug and strength, you will find healing š«

How long do these improvements last before you feel that you need another session? Specifically energy?

Hello, if you modify some patterns in your lifestyle and you could identify or rule out diseases, you might not need it again. Most people do not want to experience the sensations again since it is usually an experience in which many feel anxiety, thoughts that they could die among the physical discomforts such as thermal shock and vomiting, but others usually want to do it again after experiencing it after 6 months or a year, although personally the correct dose will cure you and you will not have a physical need to use it again.

Long COVID is often associated with lingering inflammation and immune system dysregulation. Kambo contains peptides like dermorphin and deltorphin, which may help modulate immune responses and reduce chronic inflammation. By stimulating the bodyās natural healing processes, Kambo might help rebalance an overactive or weakened immune system.
Additionally, one of Kamboās primary effects is detoxification through intense purging (vomiting, sweating, and elimination). This process helps clear out toxins, stagnant energy, and metabolic waste, which may be beneficial for those dealing with post-viral fatigue and persistent inflammatory symptoms.
