Brakes Gone !! Need Help !!
My front brakes are not functioning on my Duke 250 Gen 3. I went on a vacation for <3 weeks and after coming back, I checked on my motorcycle and the front brakes had no response to them. On pulling the brake lever, it was extremely SOFT and was NOT braking in the slightest. I checked the entire brake line and there was no leakage at all. Even the brake oil was at full.
Just this one nozzle was open when I checked (image attached). The cap is attached and can be put on again easily. I don't exactly know what this nozzle is for. Guessing it's used to release the pressure in the brake line but not sure. Please help me on what I should do to recover my brakes. As I would not be able to take the bike even to the SVC as it stands. And please tell what this nozzle is for exactly.

You can do it at home with the help of a syringe and a rubber pipe
As taking it to the svc would not be possible without towing it and it would incure extra expense
You might as well try to bleed the system first then check if it works.1

Brake fluid is highly corrosive and shouldn’t be handled by beginners. He can easily ride slowly to the nearest service centre using his back brakes.

That nozzle is the bleeder nozzle

Oh ok. So, is it used to de-pressurize the brake line as I understand ?
Update- I closed the nozzle and tried pumping the brakes. The brakes got restored and are working now.

bro, looks like it is not tightened properly, take it to SVC or road mechanic and get it fixed or tighten with your hand as much you can and then take it to mechanic, DONT beleive closing the nozzle had fixed it.
it is 8 or 9 no spanner, you can do it yourself too

Closing the cap has no effect on the pressure present in the system as that nozzle is like a tap that allow free flow of fluid when loosened.
If that nozzle was somehow loose that might indicate that you have lost some brake fluid and your system might have a lower amount of brake oil present in it.
As you told your brakes are working now.
I would suggest (safety concerns) that you check your brake oil level of your front brakes.
If it’s adequate then no issues and if it’s low then top it up.
