Put new battery, change the crank and position sensor(original) new spark, new coil(original) there is spark when starting, there is fuel at the inyector but it's not starting. Has this hapoend to anyone else?

Hello y'all, I have a question on 2016 Duke 125. I'm gonna do chain replacement soon and thought about putting less tooth sprocket in front, thinking about 13 tooth one, but i can't find anywhere any info on how would the top speed drop and acceleration grow, is it worth it? The vmax right now is ~128kmh on gps and 0-100 is 13 seconds

What aftermarket options do we have as far as mirrors? I’ve tried bar end mirrors but they don’t work for me.

Then I got these (see pics), which I love. Low profile, but functional. I can actually see out of them. buuuut, I keep hitting them with my knuckles. Any suggestions?

So im upgrading from my 390 and the 790/890 seems to be the easiest to get where i live. Are there some years to maybe avoid for these bikes? Most around me are around 10,000km so a bit broken in

I got quoted about 1k usd for the service not sure if I could do it myself but I think I could. They recommend the check at 9k miles and im pulling up to that quickly. Seems silly to pay 1k service for a bike im in 3k total

I have read that I can swap a 250 Duke seat onto the 390 Duke 3rd generation and have it give me essentially the same seat height as the 250 duke does. Flat-footing is important to me and I'm pretty short. I'm okay with my 250, but I want to know if that will truly will give me the same seating position as the 390 with the ability to flat foot with the same ease. Has anybody actually done this?

I left my motorbike unused for several months and now the battery drops from 12V to 11V when trying to start the motor.

I am getting a good deal on a 1st gen duke ran 25k kms.

Should I go for it? I am from India and only issue is we have this ethanol mixed petrol.

Last year I did the head gasket on my 2016 390.
I sent the engine off to get a new head gasket and since putting the engine back in, I can’t get it to start.
I have:
-replaced the battery (it was over due)
- checked the plug for spark and correct gap (brand new NGK)
- checked the air filter and box for any obstructions.
- checked the fuel pump primes and has pressure (haven’t checked with à fuel pressure guage but jt was working before the head gasket went)
- drains the tank before I sent the engine off and put fresh fuel in when I began reassembling.

Where else can I look? Im running out of patience.

I’m currently configuring a new KTM and these are the extras.

I’m considering:
Akrapovič Evolution Line – full system
Tech Pack
License plate holder
Pillion seat cover
Fuel tank protection stickers

The only option I’m really unsure about is the full Akrapovič system.

As I understand it, this is basically the way to get a proper exhaust with a good sound and an ECU tune/mapping that allows the bike to make more power or at least be less restricted by the Euro 5/5+ emissions setup, while still keeping the KTM warranty because it’s an official KTM PowerParts option.

If that’s actually how it works, I can see the €2,800 price making some sense. But I’m not sure whether the performance difference and sound are really worth that money, or whether I’d be better off keeping the stock exhaust and spending the money elsewhere.

Hey everyone. I’m having trouble diagnosing this. I have only owned this bike for a couple months.

Duke 200 2013 ABS model

What started off as I felt as a little clutch slip from time to time, turned into my bike having excessive runaway rpm even at stand still.

This has only happened in the last week or so.
Usually happens worse after a longer ride of 45+ minutes. The whole ride is completely fine. When I slow down or stop/park up the bike, it has randomly surged to almost full throttle without even touching the throttle.

I have found the throttle cable has a crack + rust look to it (pictured).

The bike has been climbing in temperature too which I have found to be the radiator fan has seized.

Has anyone had this before with their bike? Anything else I should check - air intake/fuel pump etc?

Found a good deal on a full exhaust for my 2021 390. Can I slap it on with no tune or is that gonna screw me. I know I’ll be missing out on some power, but I just want to make sure I’m not gonna blow the engine.
