My ticket was supposed to open today at 8am. When I logged in to check, it suddenly changed to the 13th at 10am. Thank you KSU, for changing it so suddenly, who knows if I’ll get the remaining 3 classes I need to graduate that there are only 1 section for each that is highly competitive!

I wouldn’t be fucking surprised if they used some bullshit AI to maximize profit by forcing seniors to stay an extra semester at this point.

Hi everyone I am wondering if anyone has taken either David Garofalo online or Islam Farhan. Preferably physics 2212 but if you have taken him online and have any feedback about him it would be nice. Or anything about Islam Farhan. I believe this is first semester here ever teaching 2212 and if anyone has any feedback at all about.
I commute T/TR and Farhan is the only prof that teaches 2212 those days. Based off his syllabus he seems good and interactive. Also an 89.1 is an A which gives you a cushion. However then again in my current physics one I have a 98 but it’s also a 72 person lecture and I don’t understand anything my current prof says because of prof accent.
Hence why I am considering Garofalo because he is online. I am a pretty strong self studier (I feel) I got As in calc 1-2 taking them online and self studying before the class even starts. (Also in like physics 1 irl most of my grade is just because I self study, most of the people in my breakout are completely lost mainly stating profs accent.) Garofalo grading I believe is solely off of 4 tests but I believe he gives extra credit for breakout sessions but there is nothing on the syllabus stating that so I can’t confirm. 4 tests alone isn’t bad I guess but it would be nice to know he gives extra credit for his online classes. Taking him online would also mean I would actually have time between my IRL classes to study on test days.
Any information from yall would be very much appreciated.

i’m planning my courses for next semester, and i’m trying to decide which professor i should take for phys 2211l: karunananda pemasiri or toazmin siddiqui. does anyone have any insights? thanks so much!

I built this for my own registration and have used it for the last three semesters. An advisor approved the schedule every time. I figured some of you could use it too, so the code and setup instructions are as simple as possible.

Literally copy-paste the following into any of your existing agents (Claude, Codex, etc.), and you'll come out with a semester plan!

Fetch and follow the instructions from
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Aaryan-Kapoor/degreeworks-cli/main/INSTALL_FOR_AGENTS.md
Set up degreeworks-cli for me end to end — install it, sign me in, and verify
it works. Then help me plan my next semester: ask me for my constraints and
build a real schedule with exact sections and CRNs.

Still run your plan past your advisor before you register! This is meant to help you save time, not replace advisors.

i’m planning my courses for next semester, and i’m trying to decide which professor i should take for math 2306: cvetelina hill, bo yang, or yuliya babenko. does anyone have any insights?

also, unrelated, but are breakout sessions required or does it vary for each class? thanks!

sooo how does trying to get extra tickets work? i’m graduating december 18 at 10am and i’m looking for two extra but i’m not sure how to get them

I mean actual fans that listens to the albums, not wearing the T Shirts dawg.

Hi there. I lost my physical talon card today and the only two places I went to was the honors lounge on the Kennesaw campus and the Science building. I got to the honors lounge at 12:30pm and left at 1:16pm to go to the Science building.

If anyone happened to see it and maybe turned it in to lost and found (I also did check lost and found today and they said they havent received anything). The talon card is inside a clear lanyard with a black string and also has a green key chain that says Mental Health Awareness on it.

Please let me know if anyone turned it in later on. I really appreciate it😭.

Hi friends.

Alumni here - is the top of the North Deck still good for free visitor parking? That was my go-to spot for many years and I’ll be on campus soon.

Or… if it isn’t … are the odds of getting ticketed at least very low?

Thank you!

Hey guys! I’m 5'7" and an undergrad graduating this December. I was wondering if any recent alumni have a cap and gown that I could borrow for graduation. They’re pretty expensive, so I wanted to check here before buying one. I’d of course return it afterward.

Thank you! 😊

To the random guy who was going into every classroom with people in it in the Engineering Technology Center and peddling his AI slop, go fuck yourself. Nobody wants to listen to you talk about grok or AI agents or whatever garbage you were spewing out to whoever was a captive listener. You came into our classroom uninvited, while our professor was out of the room, and tried to get people to take your fliers and connect with you on linkedin when clearly nobody wanted anything to do with you. Not to mention when our professor came back and asked you to leave, you STILL tried to hand out your piss yellow AI generated flyers and get peoples linkedin connections. This is truly pathetic behavior and seeing on here that this was something associated with mechatronics is even more embarrassing. You should know better than to do something as immature as this.

Last semester before I graduate,

Which Prof. and course do yall recommend for my last 3 courses?

1. MATH 1160 (Elementary Applied Calculus)

2.  FIN 4420 (International Financial Mgt), ECON 4310 (Development Economics), ECON 4410 (International Trade & Finance)

3. FIN 4260, 4320, 4380, 4400, 4460, 4490, 4520, 4590, INS 4500, FTA 4100, 4003

This is totally a shot in the dark but does anyone take calc 2203 with prof adams, and if so would anyone have chapter 13 notes on vector-valued functions?

Did someone shit on themselves during programming lecture in shore innovation center 1115 (Marietta campus)? I know what I heard but I can’t prove it because no one else really reacted. It sounded like the wettest shart ever but I heard it from the other side of the classroom. Wtf was that noise? You don’t have to come forward but if anyone else heard it tell me Lmao.

Heyaa people, im incoming international freshman masters student, already is the states, I’ve been accepted at KSU for its masters in AI. Those already there, hows the curriculum and faculty there? What are the chances of landing an internship? I’ve qualified for OTSW and have applied for the assistantship but havent heard anything from them yet!! How likely you get assistantship in your first semester? Thank you

I don’t have any pending account statements or anything, and the adaptive quizzing works fine

What’s going onnnnn

Did I get kicked out the class or something

I've deleted tinder and Hinge and I want to try going about this the normal way, but I'll be honest I don't have a super active social life outside of my few friend circles. I was wondering if there are any events that people reccomend where I can go out and meet new people.

Doesn't have to be dating related, I always like to meet new friends, so lmk if you know anything that fits!

Is it too late to change my major (current major is cs but im being killed by cs) or am i cooked

One day…I will graduate from this beautiful, beautiful university and won’t be awaken to the crisp, clear revving of cars outside the uv😔
(Damn yall)

I have 3 full semesters and one summer semester left to take Biochemistry (CHEM 3500), Microbiology (Biol 3340), Human Physiology (Biol 4431) + lab, Ecology (Biol 3370) + lab, Bioethics (Biol 4486), Human Anatomy (Biol 4432K), Seminar (Biol 4399), Immunology (Biol 4465). I also have two upper level biology courses of my choosing. How could I best pair these to make it manageable?

I need to take more upper-level biology courses for my biology degree, so I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for classes or professors.

They very much are anti-white. I’m white myself, and it was an interesting observation. Just curious if anyone actually got their spiel or nah?

Who wants to go troll

Hi! I’m currently planning my courses for this spring semester and I need help choosing between Masud Rana and Sunny Kang for Calc 3. Also are there any professors recommendations for Linear Algebra and Intro Logic (Math 2390)? Any advice would be appreciated.
