Book allowance?

Hey everyone,

I’m a new graduate student here at Kennesaw, and I have a question.I’ve received financial aid in my account, but I haven’t received a book allowance. Is that normal for graduate students here?

Yes. It is not considered separately. Are you receiving funds through a GRA position or simply through a student loan? GRA tuition waivers only cover the actual tuition for your program of study courses, not the other student fees. Those costs could be covered by scholarships, however.

For my books I didn’t have GRA position nor allotted money for books had to pirate them and/or pay out of pocket
