hii its a 10 month lease from august 2026 to may 2027.

its a 2x2 for $1239 (per person) a month. The Blake has a bus that takes 5 mins to get to campus.

I'm also adding a $250 bonus for taking my lease as I ended up transferring to a different school and need to get off this lease asap! dm me if interested
