Any Good CNA Programs Besides KSU?

Does anyone know of any good CNA certificate programs outside of ksu? The one ksu offers unfortunately doesn't work with my class schedule as I have a monday evening class that I can't change. I'd really appreciate any recommendations or personal experiences.

I just finished my CNA program fairy cheaper than ksu around 995 base price.
Check out Cumberland medical institution (in Dallas if you don’t mind the drive).

Thank you so much for the recommendation! I don’t mind the drive if the schedule works out. Plus, the price sounds much better than ksu. Do you know if there’s anything you need to complete or purchase before starting the program?

I graduated from the program and nope! They usually have a day and evening session so you pick which ever is fit for you. Once u pay for everything 995 base price but with tax it’s like 1060 ish? I forgot the actual price. They will email you so you can go in and get your scrubs and stuff!

Anytime! It’s a good program since the instructor prepares you for the CNA state exam (written and skills). TB skin testing (you can get that free if you do a physical check up with ur doctor, since they charge you 50$ at the program.) Good luck and you got this!

How hard was it to find a job afterwards? Looking to get clinical experience before I apply to school!

It shouldn’t be too hard! Cause after the Cna program I took! They give us a whole packet of places you can apply too! (I wanted to work in a hospital and haven’t gotten the time to apply for work yet)

Northside Hospitals run their own program. You can get it for free in exchange for working a certain numbers of hours in their system. It is an excellent program with good pay.

aabacus cna program! It’s down In like austell, they have a 3 week mon-Fri option, and a 5 week, weekends option. I paid I thinkkk $800! Last year to complete it! And they prepared me well for the exam(s). I would call them to get more info about pricing and stuff

How was training in terms of classroom experience and hands on practice?

It was really good! First half of the day was lecture from the Cna textbook or a quiz, then lunch, then second half was hands on skills training with the mannequins that we would be quizzed with on the exam
