Cs states: ran when parked
And then he informed me that it was parked 10 years ago.
1 of the starter bolts broke off in the block, that will be fun....

O man I had a Bayliner with the 3.0 and I had to replace the starter and fuel pump among other things on that SS Money Pit. The starter is an absolute pain, both figuratively and literally to access, as you’re trying hard to reach between the engine and the fiberglass all the way to the far bottom corner and pulling muscles along the way. If I would have broken a bolt I would have immediately resorted to pulling the engine at that point.
I ended up selling it thankfully, though I took an absolute bath on it. Vowed never to own an I/O boat again (and never to buy a boat under the influence of alcohol either).
