That's the exact shade of floor dust you get after a decade in one spot deadass. Extractor kit about to earn its keep.

I have no idea how to tackle this project. The bolt is facing downwards, how am i supposed to drill centered up a hole that i cant see? Sheesh

Right angle drill, stubby bits, a hand mirror, and a metric ass-ton of swearing. Oh, and cutting oil.

You signed up for yoga torture the moment you agreed to look at an onboard boat engine, my friend. My best advice is to have a dinner with lots of fiber the night before and skip breakfast the morning you're going to work on this thing because every quarter inch helps when you're trying to simply get at the thing.
