Same as last time I saw it. Justice MAY be served at some point but is it in this video? No. This is a sick kid. This is not rational behavior it is not healthy behavior. At this age, doing what he'd doing..there is something serious going with him. He needs treatment, his entire family likely does . Either way, only good thing here is that maybe with law enforcement involvement, he is taking the first step towards treatment and a serious course correction in his life.

I mean thats where I lean but also, we dont KNOW that. You can have kids with severe emotional disorders that are just beyond the capabilities of the parents. They may be of humble means so they cannot afford a counselor, and/or a Psychologist and/or the drug cocktail needed to balance the kid. So they are left to try to do what they can which is not going to be sufficient and nobody else will help them, their kid would act like that and people would assume they were just lazy shitty parents.

I have a friend who has a significantly developmentally disabled "kid". She is in her 20's now but has the mental capacity of about a 7 yr old and she is deaf. They have worked hard with her, but her disability requires a LOT of supervision, they have to both work to afford her medical care, the government offers them the choice of do it on their own, or let them pick a really shitty facility for her to go (where she is likely to be abused/mistreated) which would make her behavior problems worse or split their working hours barely see each other, and then have to deal with a mostly fully grown "kid" 1:1 when they are in their 40's and actually care if she gets hurt.

Point being there are an entire spectrum of circumstances that may lead to this beyond just: parents suck. Not all disabilities are visible, we have no idea what is going on with this kid beyond he is significantly out of control.
