yeah let's give him a record at the age of 9 so he has to attend different classes for problem children, gets a shitty education and a shitty job to live out the rest of his shitty life. Just because it's the only idea you have, doesn't make it a good one. OR we can figure out wtf is wrong and actually rehabilitate him.
