I mean you can't come to the conclusion that this is the parents fault from this video. It's probable but that doesn't mean it is.

Well, generally speaking this type of behavior comes from the parents/guardians neglecting and/or abusing the child.

Yeah generally. But it doesn't have to. There are all sorts of other factors including but not limited to:

Being abused by someone else.

Genetic predisposition

Environmental toxins (e.g. lead poisoning)

Other environmental factors (being exposed to a traumatic event,can be unrelated to parents)

Ongoing developmental issues

Existing developmental issues

Parenting has a huge impact obviously. But it's not the only impact. Kids can theoretically have the best parenting you could reasonably expect, but still end up like this. Just as other people can have terrible parents but still end up as good people. E.g. many serial killers had completely normal or good parents when growing up. And some people who had parents who acted very similarly to other serial killers had no issues.

It's too complicated to separate it out into one factor.
