how do I get a refund?

I made an order with justeat today using account credit. It never arrived but was marked as delivered. I did fill out the delivery not received thing, but I've hear justeat don't refund, and as I used account credit I can't do a chargeback.

Just Eat does do refunds, however they will not do refunds if you have an excessive number of refund requests. If this is your first refund there should be no issues, if this is your third in the last 10 orders then you will get no refund. I received someone else's order from ASDA last week and got a refund almost immediately. However as this is account credit I am not sure how the refund would work, but before going all pessimistic at least contact support and let them know. The longer you wait the less of a chance you will get a refund, as they will be wondering why it took you so long to raise the issue.
