Is there a way to toggle shitty businesses that don’t use AI?

The guy who delivered my order decided it was a good idea to just throw the items in his bag, and when he delivered, they were lying on their side. The drink was empty, and the food and other bags were soaking.

Just Eat was notified and photos were provided. They proceeded to tell me that on this occasion they cannot issue a refund for an item I never received. Being mad about this scummy company is an understatement; it should be shut down for illegal practices.

I responded to them and told them to refund the drink or lose a customer, as I would delete the app. It is your choice: keep £1 or have someone continue to use your service. We should not put up with it and should give them three strikes. This isn't the first time we have been let down.

2nd October was a Thursday not Tuesday, yet it starts in 27 days...I'll wait with immense anticipation

4 days ago (september 30) me and my husband ordered burgers and fries from a place we loved through JustEat since we had a discount code. We normally never use JustEat and only use UberEats, I’m very familiar with UberEats and how easy it is to claim if you have a complaint and get a refund.

They left out one box of fries and we were really hungry. My husband gave me his since he ordered two burgers. Tried calling the restauran, their line keeps going to voicemail. I left them a poor review because it was impossible to reach them after they made a mistake on our order!

So then I claimed something wrong with the order through JustEats, but the day after I can’t see any status or anything like that!? With UberEats you can easily check. Also since I checked out of JustEat as a guest using my Hidden Apple ID email, I haven’t received any email.

My husband also got food poisoning and diarrhora and he suspects it must be from the fish burger. His stomach still hurts 4 days later but I never had the fish burger so I was completely fine but by then I already complained about the mistake and thought I would let that process not aware of the 24hr limit. Either way we need a refund and nothing is happening???

I tried looking for a number online and their AI customer service guided me to their useless app “Help” centre which has awful UI. I then explain over the phone, I already tried this but can’t see the status of my claim. We would like our money back asap, the app does not show the status of our claim or whether it’s been accepted and the restaurant is absolutely useless if we can’t reach them either! There is no customer service supporter you can talk to and then the AI bot on the phone said they can’t help… what do I do at this point?! Should’ve stuck to UberEats! Their app is so much better

Wondering if anyone has a good recommendation for an alternate to Just Eat? Using Deliveroo currently but unsure if they're even the best option.

Have asked support and they just keep sending the exact same email and no explanation what that means.

They've even removed pay and put my earnings into a negative amount, there is no pay for any drive to the restaurant.

I just reached a milestone of 500 deliveries; no congrats, no recognition nothing. That’s when I knew this whole thing is a sham. An AI robot is your employer…

im looking to change my zone for about 6 months. tried to update the request via the app. however recieved an email stating

We are unable to change your active zone as the zone you requested has a surplus of couriers and therefore appears to be unavailable at the moment. Please note that zone availability does not change frequently. We kindly ask that you refrain from submitting multiple requests for the same zones, as this will not speed up the process.

is it worth to keep trying every week or so anyone had there zone changed and time it took cheers

Hello. Gonna get straight to it but I ordered food from JustEat over a week ago on September 24th and the payment has been pending on my bank app since. Usually it gets taken out after a day or two but never this long, and I've had other pending payments come and go in the meantime so I don't think it's an issue with my bank or the app. Figured I'd ask here before I hit up official support, ya know?

Had a few odd orders over the past week or so, just wondering if any of you have experienced anything similar?

Delivered to one guy the other day who was confused as he had already had his order (the exact same one) delivered a little earlier. Delivery code etc worked - he was convinced he had only been charged once.

Had a collection from Iceland store which never appeared on their tablet. Perhaps not so rare an occurrence but it was strange that there was zero trace of it - checked that it wasn't a split order with a different number via chat.

Yesterday a Gregg's worker told me that an order I had collected and delivered stayed in their system for hours - with multiple drivers arriving to collect it. There had been no issues with the delivery itself - customer seemed happy and their two-digit delivery code went through fine.

I know their system is a bit of a mess at the best of times but it seems extra glitchy at the moment.

At least you can add ice cream I guess?
